Hei! My name is Lars Magnus Igland Røys. I am a an award-winning 22-year-old Norwegian freelance sports journalist. I am currently in my third year on the BA Journalism: Broadcast course at the University of Salford, having lived in Salford since September 2017.
I grew up in Bergen, Norway and got a job as a freelance sports journalist at Bergens Tidende's in June 2017, following work experience in February that year.
Since moving to England, I have worked for Salford City FC, Mancester United Supporters Club Scandinavia, NTB, TV 2 Norway as well as working for Bergens Tidende when I am home in Norway.
